Order Guide
To enquire for rice price, we require that the following information is advised to us.
TYPE AND GRADE OF RICE:
We supply all variety of Thai rice with various grades as per Thai rice export standard specification.
PACKING:
There are two main types of bags: PP (Non-Laminate or Non-Glossy) and PE (Laminate or Glossy), and the sizes ranging from 1 kg to 1 MT jumbo bag. Please advise size and material you would like to have price for and please also let us know you would like it under buyer’s brand or seller’s brands.
QUANTITY:
Minimum order quantity is one of full load 20 ft container. The container can be loaded with 18-25 MT maximum. We do only for container basis. The container will be stuffed at the factory where well-trained staffs will closely monitor loading progress in terms of cleanliness, quantity, quality and fumigation of rice after completion of stuffing.
SHIPMENT DESTINATION:
Please specify the port and country of destination. If you already have shipping agent, please also advise us for contact.
PRICE QUOTE:
We normally offer price under FOB. But, if you would like to have other terms please advise us.
DELIVERY TERMS:
We usually work on FOB (FREE ON BOARD) BANGKOK, THAILAND basis. It is highly encouraged that buyer arrange freight and vessel and insurance (if needed), at buyer’s expenses.
PAYMENT TERM:
Only via Wire Transfer (TT) before shipment or by the Letter of Credit at Sight (L/C) issued by the major world banks. As a standard practice, we ask for bank references and a company profile from you if you want L of C for all first time importers. We reserve the right to change the nominee bank as suitable to our Bank.
